Robert Bray Mitinger (February 13, 1940 – September 25, 2004) was an American football linebacker in the American Football League for the San Diego Chargers. He played college football at Penn State University and was selected in the fifth round of the 1962 AFL Draft. Mitinger was also drafted in the third round of the 1962 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins.
