Bob Warner is a fictional character that featured prominently in the second season of 24. he is the head of a multi-national corporation and the father of Kate and Marie Warner. His wife passed away several years before Day 2. His younger daughter Marie was scheduled to marry Reza Nayieer, a senior employee at Bob's company on Day 2.

Day 2

Early in the day, Kate approaches her father with concerns about Reza's activities, particularly after financial records supposedly linked him to the terrorist Syed Ali. Bob is unconcerned, attempting to assure her that Reza is trustworthy. Kate remains skeptical, however.

CTU is eventually brought in to question Reza. Reza denies any involvement with Ali but eventually accuses Bob of making the transactions. Bob denies any involvement with Ali as well and eventually admits he freelances for the CIA, using his company to pass information for them.

After being detained for several hours, Bob is horrified to learn that Marie is the one who is working with Ali, and that she murdered Reza and two CTU agents when they discover her involvement.

Marie is eventually caught and held temporarily at CTU headquarters. Bob visits his daughter at the end of the day and begs her to tell him why she worked with terrorists and murdered her fiance, among others. Kate, having seen firsthand what her sister was capable of that day, tells him Marie wouldn't give him and Kate any answers they could ever understand.

24: The Game

Bob is not seen in 24: The Game, but is mentioned when Max kidnaps Kate to force Bob into helping him ship nuclear weapons out of the United States. The plan is foiled when Kate was rescued and Max was killed by Jack Bauer.
