Charles L. "Boobie" Clark (born November 8, 1950 in Jacksonville, Florida died October 25, 1988), was a retired NFL football running back who had played for the Cincinnati Bengals and the Houston Oilers. In 1973, Clark was involved in an on-field transgression that eventually went to trial as an intentional tort. The case went as far as the United States Court of Appeals (10th Circuit) in 1979.
