Review

Well past their mid-'70s prime, Nazareth is running on little more than fumes circa Boogaloo. The band's sound hasn't changed much since their heyday, and the songs here reflect this. ~ Jason Ankeny, All Music Guide

Boogaloo, released in 1998, was the last studio album by the Scottish rock band Nazareth until The Newz was released in February 2008.

It was the last studio-recording to feature Darrell Sweet, drummer and founder member of the band.

The character on the album artwork is known as 'Boogaloo'.
