Book of Lismore, the (also known as the Book of Mac Carthaigh Riabhach), an Irish manuscript compilation made by Aonghus Ó Callanáin and other scribes for Finghin Mac Carthaigh Riabhach (d. 1505), but named after Lismore Castle, Co. Waterford, where it was found by workmen in 1814. It includes religious texts, saints' lives, poems, sagas, and tales including Acallam na Senórach, and a translation of the voyage of Marco Polo.
