The BR postcode area, also known as the Bromley postcode area,[2] is a group of eight postal districts in England which are subdivisions of seven post towns. The majority of these postal districts cover part of south east London, although the BR8 district covers a small area of south east London and also a small area of Kent.
The main sorting office is in Bromley and the area served includes part of the London Borough of Bromley. The northern part of the Kent district of Sevenoaks is also covered by the BR8 postal district.
