The Brazos Valley is a region in the U.S. state of Texas (Central Texas) consisting of Brazos County, Robertson County, Grimes County, Washington County, Burleson County, Madison County, and Leon County, with Brazos County and the cities of College Station and Bryan at its center. Although the Brazos River lies at the center of the region, not all areas of the region are a part of the Brazos watershed.

The population of the region was estimated to be 278,696 in 2003 by the U.S. Census Bureau. It covers 5,109 square miles.

Post Oak Mall, located in College Station, is the area's largest mall, and its second largest tax payer.[1][2][3] Over 75 percent of retail sales in the Brazos Valley coming from sales at the mall's stores and it continues to be one if the area's largest employers.[4]
