Brice Weeks Armstrong (Born January 3, 1936 in Dallas, Texas) is a Texas-based voice actor who primarily works on the properties of FUNimation.
His most well known role is that of Doctor Tim Marcoh on the hit series Fullmetal Alchemist. As well Armstrong is also known for his role playing Captain Ginyu on Dragon Ball Z.
