Biography

Guitarist and singer Steve Silver, bassist Chipper, guitarist Frank D'Angelo, and drummer Jay T. make up Brickfoot. The pop/rock group started in Baltimore, MD, in 1997. The talented foursome were friends long before they began to perform together, and the connection shows on stage and in the sound of their music.

In 2000, Brickfoot finished work on its debut album, Poly Carbon Lens. A few of the tracks from this commendable first offering are "Two Week Notice," "Fast Forward," "Anyone But Me," and "Bubble Boy." During the band's career it has earned many positive reviews from critics, won the National Band to Band Combat, and been featured in major music magazines like Rolling Stone and Spin. Brickfoot has also performed on shows like the Jenny Jones show and opened for big-name artists like Kiss and Nine Days. ~ Charlotte Dillon, All Music Guide
