Though this video workout may at first seem to be geared to those at an intermediate level, beginners should be able to handle it after a week or two of practice. The exercise cues are good, although the aerobic steps can be a little hard to follow at first. The three instructors (Leisa Hart, Tracy York and Michelle Nevidomsky)keep things moving along smoothly, going straight from the aerobics section into the toning workout. Those concerned about sore joints and other special problems will appreciate the fact that most of these routines are low-impact ones. The exercises targeting the buttocks are expecially useful.
