Biography

With their critically described sound of "napalm powered Motor City rock," the quintet of Tumppi (vocals), Jopo (guitar/ vocals), T. Rosendahl (guitar), Demon (bass) ,and Tom the Bomb (drums) have been otherwise known as Burning Pipe Harmony since 1997. Based out of Tampere, Finland, this quintet formed out of the ashes of Lowdown Shakin' Chills, Hazy Delights, and Capital Crime without letting go of their reminiscent style of sleazy '70s rock & roll that looks up to the New York Dolls, MC5, and Dead Boys. After signing to Hiljaiset Levyt Records, Burning Pipe Harmony released their debut full-length Revolution Napalm in 2000. ~ Mike DaRonco, All Music Guide
