In Greek mythology, the name Butes (Βούτης) referred to three different people.
- An Argonaut, son of Teleon. Aphrodite's lover, a famous bee keeper and a Sicilian king. He was the father of Eryx by Aphrodite.
- Boreas' son. He offended Dionysus and was made insane.
- Son of Pandion I and Zeuxippe. He was a priest of Poseidon and Athena and was worshipped as a hero by the Athenians.
