C. Y. Lee (December 30, 1938 (1938-12-30) (age 70), traditional Chinese: 李祖原pinyin: Li ZuyuanWade-Giles: Li Tsǔyuán) is a Taiwanese architect based in Taiwan, born in Guangdong, China. He received his bachelor's degree from National Cheng Kung University, (Tainan, Taiwan) and his master's degree from Princeton University (Elizabeth, New Jersey, U.S.A.). He directed the design of Taipei 101, the world's tallest skyscraper in that time, as of 2004.
