The Wildhearts released no less than four singles from their well-received first album, Earth vs. the Wildhearts, and this, the third, also took the form of a highly collectible EP, boasting three previously unreleased tracks for die-hard fans to enjoy. Granted, among these, neither the self-explanatory diatribe "Shut Your Fucking Mouth and Use Your Fucking Brain" nor the dragging "The Bullshit Goes On" were anything to write home about, but the closing "Girlfriend Clothes" was another certified winner. Now one of the most sought-after rarities in the Wildhearts' catalog, the Caffeine Bomb EP also features original artwork by the band's creative leader/lunatic numero uno, Ginger. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, All Music Guide
