California's 43rd congressional district
California's 43rd congressional district is one of 53 California Congressional Districts. As of 2005 it covers a part of southwestern San Bernardino County. The current Representative for this district is Democrat Joe Baca. The district has a Cook Partisan Voting Index score of D +10.
Voting
John Kerry received 58% of the vote in this district in 2004; George W. Bush received 41%.[1] The district voted for Phil Angelides 49-45% in 2006,[2] Dianne Feinstein 65-30% in 2006,[3] Barbara Boxer 65-30% in 2004,[4] recalling Gray Davis 58-42%[5] and Arnold Schwarzenegger 47-35%[6] in 2003, and Davis 57-35% in 2002.[7]
