Calton develops residential communities and builds single-family residences through its Homes by Calton subsidiary. Active in coastal Florida's Vero Beach, the company offers some 15 floor plans for homes ranging in price from $425,000 to $775,000 and in size from 1,900 to 3,600 sq. ft. It also acts as a contractor for the construction of custom homes. The company delivers about 10 homes annually. Calton operates its own sales office within its development community. The company formed PrivilegeONE Networks subsidiary to develop a loyalty and co-branded credit card, but that segment has yet to begin actively operating.
