Some campgrounds charge separately for parking, electricity hook-ups and use of showers. Some also charge a small reservation fee (during the busy summer months, it is probably a good idea to reserve a place). As in other parts of Provence, forest fires are a summertime danger so open-air cooking may be restricted.

Note: Prices are per night for one tent or trailer space, two adults, electricity and car parking. Local taxes may be charged in some areas.

Eighty places, less than 15 minutes from the Roman monuments of Orange. The site is spread over five acres and has a swimming pool, laundry facilities, running water hook-ups.

Open March 15 to November 15; €17.10 to €21.30). Seventy-five places with electricity, drinking water and wastewater disposal. The campsite is well located, only 200 m/650 feet from the Roman ruins and 500 m/about a third of a mile from the town center and shops. Quiet and partly shaded, the campsite has special handicapped and baby units, washing machines and a swimming pool. Games include fussball and billiards.
