Plot

This is a good workout tape for exercise enthusiasts of all levels since three different fitness levels are shown for all of the major routines. There are two main segments, each lasting slightly more than 20 minutes. During the first workout, the viewer stands and does many squat movements. Calf exercises are included that really help tone up one's legs. Those wanting to make some of these routines more demanding can add ankle weights. The second workout section involves working on the floor doing leg and quad lifts, as well as routines that
