Casterton Business and Enterprise College (previously Casterton Community College) is one of three mixed comprehensive schools in the county of Rutland, England. Located in the village of Great Casterton, the school provides education for 11 to 16 year olds, as well as a Childcare Centre for the under 5s and an adult education programme. It opened as Great Casterton Secondary Modern School in the 1950s. Those in Rutland of school age and living in and east of Cottesmore, Empingham and Ketton - a three mile wide corridor along the A1 - attend the school.

There is currently no provision for post-16 or further education, with students predominantly progressing to the Rutland College or New College Stamford. Others join sixth form centres and colleges in Melton Mowbray, Bourne, Grantham, and Peterborough.
