CBS Interactive (formerly CBS Digital Media Group) is an American company and is the division of the CBS Corporation which has responsibility for programming and ad sales for BNET.com, CBS.com, CBSMobile.com, CBSNews.com, CBSRadio.com, CBSSports.com, CHOW.com, cnet.com, CWTV.com, GameSpot.com, Last.fm, MaxPreps.com, metacritic.com, movietome.com, mp3.com, MySimon.com, NCAA.com, Search.com, TechRepublic.com, TheInsider.com, TV.com, UrbanBaby.com, VersionTracker.com and ZDNet.com.
