It provides technology for video streaming, large-volume-files downloads, and image caching.
CDNetworks claims to have world-leading media and entertainment, technology, retail, and online gaming companies among its customers. [3] It also serves broadcasters, social networking websites, and e-Learning providers. [1]
In December 2007, Oak Investment Partners and others invested $96.5 million in CDNetworks to fund its expansion.[1][4]
On February 25, 2009, CDNetworks acquired Panther Express [5].
