Review

Kitty Snyder (formerly known simply as Kitty) tours as the opening act for Cracker, whose frontman, David Lowery, produced Celebrate. Lowery, the owner of Pitch a Tent, also lends his guitar skills to this record. A good, folksy album with a touch of Southern twang, Snyder tugs at the emotions with its mood changes and deeply personal lyrics. It's a stripped-down, mostly acoustic, percussion-less record, which makes it truly alternative these days. ~ Ron DePasquale, All Music Guide
