The Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences (CASBS) is an American interdisciplinary research body in Stanford, California focusing on the social sciences and humanities.
The Center was founded in 1954 initially funded by the Ford Foundation, and in 2008 became part of Stanford University. It is a member of the group Some Institutes for Advanced Study.
