CFS Group is in a sticky situation. The holding company and its subsidiaries -- such as Ona Corporation, IFS Industries, and Multibond -- make adhesives, coatings, and emulsion polymers for North American and European markets. Its Refractory Sales & Service subsidiary makes monolithic refractory products for aluminum, nickel, and steel manufacturers.
