The Changi Airport PTB (Passengers Terminal Building) 1 & 2 Bus Terminals are located in the basement of Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 & 2 respectively. PTB2 is connected to Changi Airport MRT Station. These terminals form a loop; buses terminating at Changi Airport first make a quick stop at PTB1 before proceeding to PTB2, where drivers would take a quick break before continuing out of Changi Airport towards the other terminals. These terminals are operated by SBS Transit.

A free shuttle bus to the Budget Terminal is operated from PTB2's terminal.

Several police vehicles and CIAS vehicles are also parked in the berths specially reserved for them.
