Charles Willing (May 18, 1710, Bristol, EnglandNovember 30, 1754, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) was a successful merchant and the Mayor of Philadelphia from 1748 to 1749 and again in 1754. His wife's grandfather, Edward Shippen, and his son, Thomas Willing, also served as mayors of Philadelphia. Mary Willing Byrd was his daughter.[1]
