Charlie Heather (born Charles Heather, 2 February 1964, West Wickham, Kent, England) is the English drummer for the British rock band, The Levellers.
Heather uses a Yamaha Stage Custom Maple 4-piece drum kit, zildjian cymbals and pro-mark drumsticks. His setup is a 16" floor tom, 14" rack tom, 14" x 6" snare drum and a 22" bass drum. Cymbals vary but usually include 14" zildjian K custom hi-hats, 21" ride, two 18" crashes and occasionally a china. When the band play "The Boatman", Heather usually comes to the front of stage with a 16" rack tom strapped in a marching band style.[citation needed]
His drums have not changed over the years; old video footage of the band shows the same kit on stage at Glastonbury Festival in 1994 and in concerts to the present day.
