Plot

The Halliwell sisters' elderly aunt Gail (Anne Haney) asks the girls to help her catch the demon Cryto (Cameron Bancroft), whose modus operandi is to steal the skin from corpses and stitch the ill-gotten pelts together, "Buffalo Bill" style. What the girls don't know is that Aunt Gail has betrayed them for her own selfish purposes, as well as those of two very old and very homely witches.
