Chase Ellison (born September 22, 1993) is an American actor.

Chase Ellison was born in Reno, Nevada, and now lives with his parents and 2 siblings in San Diego. He began his acting career at the age of six, working in commercials and modeling for several print campaigns. He segues into television at the same age landing a guest star role on “Family Law,” and has been working nonstop ever since. After his stint on “Family Law,” his television career began to take off with appearances on such products as “Boomtown,” “Malcolm in the Middle,” “Seventh Heaven.” “Providence,” and “The Division.” He played a supporting role in George Bamber’s “The Mostly Unfabulous Social Life of Ethan Green,” which then led to a lead role in Gregg Araki’s “Mysterious Skin,” a guest role in an episode of “Six Feet Under,” and a semi regular role as Noah Newman on “The Young and the Restless.” During his time off, Chase enjoys filling his days with countless hours at the local skateboard park. If he’s not on a skateboard, he is playing video games, paintball or taking care of his pets (iguana, turtle, polliwogs, cat and dog)

He starred as the young Neil McCormick in the controversial but critically acclaimed Gregg Araki film Mysterious Skin (2004). In this film, he plays a young boy who is sexually groomed by a Little League baseball coach. However, the film was shot in such a way that the young actors were unaware of what they were reacting to.[1] The teenage role of Neil McCormick is played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

In addition to his film career, he has also starred in some TV series, most notably his role as Noah Newman, the son of Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) on soap opera The Young and the Restless in 2005.
