Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall Station is located in the Zhongzheng District of Taipei City. It is a transfer station for the Danshui Line, and the Xindian Line. While the memorial of which the station is named after is embroiled in a naming dispute, the name of the station has remained unchanged.

The station is a 3-floored underground structure with two island platforms and seven exits. The orange line station connects to the red line station and includes an additional island platform and four more exits. The washrooms are outside the entrance area.
