Christian Jason Bowman (born on March 11, 1975, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA) is an actor who has appeared in the Fox TV series North Shore [1], ABC TV Series Lost [2](TV series), and Fox TV series Prison Break [3] (TV series).

Biography
Early life
Christian was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania while his parents were travelling cross country. He grew up traveling back and forth between his biological parents Daniel Gary Bowman and Care Walsh, his musician stepfather, James Walsh, and his skydiver uncle, James Darby.
He has 2 sisters and 4 brothers.
He lived in locations across the United States and spent time in neighborhoods ranging from upper to lower class as he traveled between care givers. He spent time as a toddler at Rainbow Family gatherings and various communes primarily dedicated to mediumship. When he was 5, he lived out of a VW bus along the Pacific Coast. At 7, he lived in affluent neighborhoods in Southern California as well as the East Coast. When he was 9, he was homeless living in a Salvation Army Shelter in Austin, Texas while between caregivers. He hitchhiked across the country several times between 10 and 11 years old. Christian was arrested when he was 12 as a runaway youth in Beaumont, Texas.
Christian's school transcripts did not transfer as he attended dozens of public and private schools around the United States. He received his G.E.D. at the age of 14 after altering his State Identification to adjust his age.
Personal life
At the age of 15, he obtained a motorcycle and met Sonia Herzog while volunteering at the Philadelphia Folk Festival. He worked at Van Pelt Library and sat in to attend classes at the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia until traveling to Italy at 16.
When he was 17, Christian Bowman was involved in a car accident outside of Chicago on July 23, 1992 after returning from traveling through Europe. That car accident killed 4 people including his mother, Care Walsh, and girlfriend, Sonia Herzog. He was arrested on his 18th birthday after recovering from his injuries. He was charged with D.U.I. from a trace amount of marijuana that was found in his blood, however, the accident was the cause of jet lag. Christian served his time in Pontiac, Illinois. He was released in 1993.
Sonia's mother, Vanda Altarelli, started the association SoNIA ("SOciety for New Initiatives and Activities") to build together a better world).[4][5] SoNIA was established in July 2002 in memory of Sonia Herzog who died in the car accident at the age of 21.[6]
At 21, Christian married Claudine Sallin from Fribourg, Switzerland on August 19, 1995. Christian and Claudine traveled back to Europe and helped move Claudine's parents from Fribourg, Switzerland to Adeje Tenerife in the Canary Islands off the coast of Africa in 1996. They later moved back to the United States, primarily residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Austin, Texas, Haleiwa, Hawaii and Palm Beach, Florida. Christian was co-owner of Coco's cafe at Skydive Palm Beach, Florida where he witnessed the death of his uncle, James Darby, during a skysurfing accident on November 27, 1997.[3] Christian Bowman and Claudine Sallin divorced soon after. Claudine Sallin has two daughters with skydiver and rigger Greg Mason and lives in New York.
Christian moved back to Honolulu, Hawaii in 1999, where he pursued Wing Chun Kung Fu and hosting music open mic's in the local music scene. He met and married Giselle Ku'uleimomi Arambula on December 3, 2000. Bodhisattva Elijah Bowman was born on May 21, 2001 to Christian and Giselle Bowman. Christian Bowman and Giselle Arambula were divorced on March 18, 2008. Giselle Kuuleimomi Arambula has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Hawaii Manoa.

Career
Christian began his acting career on the television show North Shore in 2004. Christian later became a character on the television show Lost, appearing as Steve Jenkins, often confused with the character Scott Jackson. Christian moved back to Los Angeles, California then to Austin, Texas where he joined the cast of Prison Break as Agent King in Dallas, Texas in 2007-2008.
Christian has also directed and produced a short film he has written and acted in titled "Studio Shot" starring Tina Rodriguez, Chris Osborn, Christian Bowman, Amanda Philips, Craig Nigh, Paul Simpson, Jen Blair, Rachel Myhill, Alex Hilary, Nikki Valdez and Laura Komkov.
