Claudinei Quirino da Silva (born November 19, 1970 in Lençóis Paulista) is a Brazilian sprinter competing mostly in 200 metres. He has been successful on regional and world level, and won a 2000 Olympic silver medal with the Brazilian 4 x 100 metres relay team.
In 1999 he ran in 19.89 seconds, the current South American record.
