Claudio Eloy Fermín Maldonado (born in Barinas, Barinas, 1950) is a Venezuelan politician. He was member of Party Acción Democrática. Mayor of Caracas. Candidate during the 1993, 1998 and 2000 presidential elections in Venezuela.
