Coatesville Station is an Amtrak rail station located in the far western suburbs of Philadelphia at Third Avenue and Fleetwood Street in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. It is served by most Amtrak Keystone Service trains.
An old railroad station building exists at the stop, but it is not currently used. There is also no ticket office at this station. Coatesville is one of the lowest-used stations on the Keystone Corridor east of Harrisburg, and this is probably due to its proximity to Thorndale (roughly 4 miles east of Coatesville) and Downingtown (roughly 7 miles east of Coatesville), both of which are on the SEPTA R5 Paoli-Thorndale route. Downingtown also receives more frequent Amtrak Keystone service.
In addition to the rail service, the Krapf Transit Route A bus stops about .25 miles from the station.
