Anchors
Since CocoWalk's opening in November, 1990, AMC Cocowalk 16 Theaters has been the centers first and only anchor. Phase II of CocoWalk, completed in 1994, added eight more screens totaling the cinema's composition to sixteen. In 2002, Phase III was completed, a four story office building. The entire first floor and most of the second allowed for the expansion of Gap. Currently, the movie theater is expected to be converted to a Muvico Premium Theater.
