COLEGIO CHAVEZ AD2.jpg

This is an ad for Colegio Cesar Chavez and it is currently stored in Oregon State University's Multicultural Archives [1]. For more information, you may contact Erika CastaƱo, of the Multicultural Archives: erika.castano@oregonstate.edu

This is an advertisement that appeared in the local Mount Angel, Oregon/Silverton, Oregon newspaper. Because the college itself closed over 20 years ago in 1983, I think that the copyright to this image has most likely expired. To be safe, I'll put up the fair use tag. There is no copyright information on the page/image whatsoever, nor is any photographer's name listed. Therefore, the chance of any copyright violation is very slim.

Fair Use rationale:

1. This is an advertisement, so fair use is implied.

2. There are no substitute images available.

3. No photographer's name and no copyright information is provided with this ad, therefore the likelihood of any copyright infringement is not likely.

4. This ad is 1980 promotional material for an institution that went out of business over 20 years ago, in 1983.
