College Street is a main east-west route in downtown Toronto, Canada. It branches off Dundas Street just west of Lansdowne Avenue and runs east to Yonge Street, after which it is continued by Carlton Street. The TTC's 506 streetcar runs along College and Carlton Streets.

The intersection of College, Carlton, and Yonge Streets is dominated by the landmark College Park complex, which once housed an Eaton's department store. This historic building is now used for retail, office, and residential purposes.

Further to the west, at University Avenue is Queen's Park to the north. To the south are the MaRS Discovery District and several hospitals, including Toronto General Hospital, Hospital for Sick Children, Princess Margaret Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Toronto Rehab.

To the north of College from University Avenue to Spadina Avenue is the University of Toronto.

The section of College west of Spadina Avenue is home to a variety of computer stores, known as a destination for cheap computer parts. This stretch of College also forms the northern border of Kensington Market.

West of Bathurst Street, College is the heart of Toronto's Little Italy and is dotted with restaurants and trendy bars. Further west, College is primarily residential.
