Columba

Saints: Columba

Columba (date unknown), Cornish saint. Patron of St. Columb Major and St. Columb Minor (Cornwall), usually called Columba the Virgin, from medieval records. But Baring-Gould conjectures that this Columba was an Irishman, identical with Columba of Tir-da-Glas. The Cornish Church Calendar assigns no day to this saint.
