Compass Point Studios is a famous recording studio located in The Bahamas. It was founded in 1977 by Chris Blackwell, founder of Island Records, and producer of Bob Marley.

Legendary rock band AC/DC recorded their multi-million selling album Back in Black there in 1980. They later went on to record their 1983 album Flick of the Switch, and later Who Made Who there. Other artists such as Dire Straits, Judas Priest, Grace Jones, Iron Maiden, The Rolling Stones, Talking Heads, Robert Palmer, Jimmy Buffett, The B-52's, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Spandau Ballet, Roxy Music, Shania Twain, Shakira, The Tragically Hip, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Björk, Widespread Panic, R.E.M., Liz Phair, E.L.O., Joss Stone, and U2 have recorded there.

Compass Point Studios have been operated since 1992 under the auspices of music producer Terry Manning and his wife Sherrie.
