This Cone comes with scoops of four main public relations services: brand marketing, cause branding, corporate responsibility, and crisis communications and management. (Cause branding involves linking a company with a community or humanitarian cause, and corporate responsibility means connecting a company's social and environmental positions with efforts to enhance its brand.) In 2009 Cone diversified its offerings with the launch of Clickstart Program, a new initiative centered on social media marketing. The firm's clients have included Western Union, L'Oréal, and herbal energy products maker Guayaki. Cone is part of the Omnicom Group advertising and communications conglomerate.
