The fast moving, alien-blasting, side-scrolling action made famous in the arcade and at home on the NES is available for the Game Boy handheld in this release of Contra: The Alien Wars. Veterans of the original Contra will recognize the tough, heavily armed hero, who can climb walls and swing from ropes in this version of the game. Once again, the nefarious Red Falcon is attacking Earth and it is up to one member of the elite Contra forces to protect all of humanity from the unrelenting alien invaders.
