Copston Magna is a small village and civil parish in Warwickshire, England. In the 2001 census it had a population of 38.
Copston Magna is located around one mile from the border with Leicestershire, close to the ancient site of High Cross. It forms part of the borough of Rugby but is nearly 15 miles north of the town of Rugby, and around six miles south east of Nuneaton.
The village contains St John's Church which was built in 1849 by the sisters of the Earl of Denbigh, who opposed his conversion to Catholicism.
