Corporate Watch

Wikipedia: Corporate Watch

Corporate Watch is a small, independent, not-for-profit, Marxist/Leninist research and publishing group based in Oxford which undertakes research on the social and environmental impact of large corporations, particularly multinationals. It aims to expose the mechanisms by which it believes that corporations function and by this logic the detrimental effects they have on society and the environment as an inevitable result of their current legal structure.
