Part of King's Country Hall of Fame series, this brings together ten tracks from this hall of famer. Unfortunately, these are not the originals, but late-period recuts -- which is obvious from their stereo mixes and Music City, U.S.A., backings. Although the booklet is nonexistent, there's a nice, short bio on Morgan on the tray card, and the versions of hits like "Room Full of Roses" and "Candy Kisses" still work, despite the modern backing. ~ Cub Koda, All Music Guide
