Courtney Ann Gibbs (born August 20, 1966) was born in Dallas, Texas. After winning Miss Texas USA, she won the Miss USA title in 1988. She was the 4th of five Texans to win consecutively from 1985 to 1989.
At the 1988 Miss Universe pageant, Gibbs won the preliminary contests, placing 1st overall, but was placed 8th on finals night, with the crown going to Thailand's Porntip Nakhirunkanok.
Following her pageantry career, Gibbs went into acting and portrayed Assistant District Attorney Galen Henderson on the soap opera All My Children.
