If your cousin's parent (the one who is married to your mom or
dad's brother or sister) has siblings with children, then those
children are your cousin's cousins, too, and are not related to
you.
For example, your dad has a sister who married Joe, and she and
Joe have a daugher named Jane. Joe has a sister, Mary, who also has
a daugher. Joe's daugher is Jane's cousin, but is not your cousin
because Joe's sister is not related to you.
