Cowboys

A situation where one's hole cards are kings. One king is referred to as a cowboy, two kings are cowboys.

SoundPoker Says: Cowboys are considered very strong starting hole cards, especially in Hold'em. They become even stronger when hitting a third king on the board or what is referred to as a “set”. If not, be weary if ace comes on the board.
