Cristiano Doni (born April 1, 1973 in Rome, Italy) is a professional football player for Italian team Atalanta B.C..
Having played for modest clubs in the beginning of his career and making his Serie A debut in 1998-99 for Brescia Calcio (against Internazionale), Doni first developed as a first-rate attacking midfielder at Atalanta B.C., making a name for himself with his hard-working style, combined with netting ability.
In 2003, Doni joined U.C. Sampdoria, where he played for two seasons, before having a stint abroad, with La Liga's RCD Mallorca.
In 2005-06, he returned to Bergamo and Atalanta.

His love for Atalanta, Bergamo and the Atalanta fans makes him the most loved player ever at Bergamo, also because of his skills.
