Crown Holding's jewels are in the form of a couple of midscale hotels, a restaurant, and convention center. Formed as a masonry company in 1950, Crown Holding now focuses on managing a handful of properties in its hometown. Through privately held Crown American Hotels, the company owns and manages four hotel, restaurant, and convention center properties in downtown Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Its Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express there are both franchised through InterContinental Hotels. The company also owns Harrigan's Cafe and Wine Deck (attached to the Holiday Inn), and the Pasquerilla Conference Center, named after company cofounder Frank Pasquerilla.
