Crown Limited (ASX: CWN) is an Australian gaming and entertainment company established in 2007 when Publishing and Broadcasting Limited (PBL) divested its gaming assets to Crown Limited. PBL was renamed to Consolidated Media Holdings, retaining all of the remaining assets.[2]

Crown holds a preferred instrument in Cannery Casino Resorts and is seeking regulatory approval in the US to have the preferred instrument converted to an equity interest representing 24.5% of the outstanding equity of Cannery Casino Resorts.[4]
